Visitors Under the Age of 18

This Website is offered and available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. PS Deals does not collect or maintain personal information from people it actually knows are under 18 years old, except as provided by the parent or legal guardian of said person for the use of the parent or guardian. If PS Deals obtains actual knowledge that a user is under 18 years old, it will use its best efforts to remove that person’s user information from the database. In addition, PS Deals complies with Child Online Privacy Protection Action (“COPPA”), by not collecting or maintaining any identifiable personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen (13). The services and the use of The Website are only intended for and offered to residents of the United States of America. Users who are not residents of the United States will still be able to browse The Website, although certain areas of this site may not be accessible to these users. Non-U.S. residents will not be permitted to make purchases through The Website and may not register for an account to utilize the services on The Website. PS Deals does not intentionally or knowingly collect or retain any personally identifying information from residents of the European Union or other countries outside of the U.S.A., although it may obtain and archive the I.P. addresses from which they browse The Website.

Information PS Deals Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with The Website, PS Deals may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:

PS Deals also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking).  Please note, PS Deals does not currently have a mechanism to accept “do not track” requests and there is currently no mechanism for turning off behavioral tracking on The Website. As such, by making use of The Website, you are consenting to the use of behavioral tracking with respect to your use of The Website.

The information PS Deals collects automatically is statistical data and may include personal information, but PS Deals may maintain it or associate it with personal information it collects in other ways or receives from third parties. It helps to improve The Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including, but not limited to, by enabling PS Deals to:

Pixel tracking measures the effectiveness of advertisements and compiles aggregate and specific usage statistics. If it has sent you a promotional email, you may send it a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to it as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
• Targeted Advertising. PS Deals does not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative through their website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into The Website and visiting your account profile page. You may also send an email to privacy@ps.deals to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to PS Deals. PS Deals may not be able to delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. It also may not accommodate a request to change information if it believes the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Content from The Website, copies of your User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on The Website, including User Content, is governed by The Website Terms of Use.

PS Deals urges you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of The Website like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of The Website.
